CRAYOLA COLLABORATION ENCOURAGES KIDS TO PLAY CREATIVELY THROUGH THE ‘ART OF SOCCER’

Crayola is kicking up the creativity with a multifaceted, national campaign to celebrate and support the U.S. Women’s Team in their bid for an historic three-peat of the world’s greatest soccer event.

To celebrate this exciting game, Crayola has partnered with FOX Sports and U.S. Soccer to launch the Art of Soccer, spanning both the 2022 men’s tournament and this summer’s women’s tournament.

Soccer is a fast-paced game of self-expression and creative possibilities. Through the Art of Soccer, kids and families across the country are encouraged to get their game on, show their U.S. pride, and cheer on the women’s team through participation in a variety of activities and events.

Additionally, last year four artists were commissioned to design custom soccer balls inspired by the key values of U.S. Soccer—integrity, commitment, teamwork, and respect. The “Teamwork” ball was selected to be reproduced and is being sold exclusively on Amazon. A portion of the proceeds will be contributed to U.S. Soccer’s efforts to grow the game at all levels.

Throughout the world tournament, kids and families can unleash their imaginations and let their colorful ideas shine to cheer on the home team with the Art of Soccer activities at Crayola.com/Soccer.

  • Free, downloadable coloring pages, activity sheets, and crafts.
  • Special events at Crayola Experience locations in PA, FL, TX and AZ with appearances from players in the Girls Soccer Network (GSN) including outdoor watch party in PA on July 21.
  • GSN Ambassador led social campaign showcasing creativity in soccer.
  • The Art of Learning through Soccer virtual event on July 25.

Kids are encouraged to share how they “play creatively” at #crayolasoccer and watch how the colorful artwork off the field translates to inspired footwork on the field on FOX.
