The TV/Film Rights Centre at BCBF provides an exclusive space for networking and collaboration between the publishing and audiovisual industries. Last year, they organised more than 350 meetings between audiovisual producers and publishers from all over the world.
The TV/Film Rights Centre at BCBF offers an exclusive space for networking and building bridges between publishing and audiovisual companies, set in the heart of the Bologna Children’s Book Fair.
The initiative offers carefully curated matchmaking opportunities between producers, publishers (including comics publishers), and literary agents, aimed at discovering new book-based IPs, or to pitch their own properties to be developed into books. The dedicated business area includes meeting spaces, support services, and a complimentary bar.
All BCBF publishers, including agents registered at the Rights Centre, companies registered at the Games Business Centre and Comics Corner, and all BLTF exhibitors, are involved in this new project.
How to register at the TV/Film Rights Centre
Producers and Media Companies are invited to book a slot at the TV/Film Rights Centre at the Bologna Children’s Book Fair, including the following benefits:
- A table with 4 chairs reserved to your company
- Matchmaking services with Publishers, Gaming Companies and Licensing Companies registered at the BCBF and BBPLUS
- Exhibitor passes
- Option as speakers on panels in the frame of the International Kids Licensing Days (depending on availability left)
- Invitation as interviewers at the Licensing Portfolio Reviews to meet new talents from illustration and design (depending on availability left)
- Invitation to the BRAWS Ceremony and BCBF Party Dinner on Monday evening, 31 March
- Guided tour of BLTF/Kids-Comics Corner-BCBF-BBPLUS hotspots
