The full lineup will be on display at the Jacob Javits Center in New York City, booth #2153.
Ted McGuire, president of Thames & Kosmos said:
“It’s a milestone year for Thames & Kosmos as we celebrate our 25th anniversary and introduce a new wave of products across STEM, games, and books. From launching our first product – the original Fuel Cell Car – to building today’s robust portfolio of innovative educational science kits, games, activity toys and curricula, our focus is to make learning approachable, engaging, and fun. Being recognized with three Toy of the Year Award nominations during this anniversary year is especially rewarding.”
Founded in 2001 by McGuire’s mother, Jane Holdsworth, Thames & Kosmos began with a mission to make science education fun and accessible outside the classroom by publishing high-quality science kits for children of all ages. Over the past 25 years, the company has expanded into other categories of play and learning, including board games, activity toys, craft kits, and educational books, and has earned countless industry honors, including an impressive five Toy of the Year Awards and an additional twenty-four Toy of the Year Award nominations, reflecting its longstanding commitment to thoughtful design, educational value, and hands-on discovery.
“For 25 years, we’ve been guided by a simple belief: when everyone loves to learn, the possibilities are endless. Learning should feel exciting, empowering, and fun,” says Andrew Quartin, CEO of Thames & Kosmos. “It’s incredibly gratifying to see our products become part of how families explore, experiment, and play together. Launching into new categories such as books, with our Smart Fox series, and expanding our STEM kits and games portfolios continues to prove how committed we are to evolving with the next generation of learners.”
