Pixel Games has partnered with Atari to bring PONG to Pixel Games’ innovative interactive game floor. The licensing agreement was facilitated by Beanstalk, Atari’s global licensing agent.
The collaboration introduces PONG to a new generation of players through Pixel Games’ fully automated indoor attraction, designed for family entertainment centers and indoor venues globally. The game debuted at IAAPA Expo 2025 in Orlando at Pixel Games’ booth where attendees experienced firsthand how the classic game has been reimagined for modern, active play environments.
Philipp Hacker from Pixel Games said:
“Our interactive game floor offers a unique blend of physical activity and digital fun, and adding PONG elevates that experience. With easy-to-use controls, memberships, and achievement systems, we deliver high ROI and endless entertainment for operators.”
“The core elements of PONG — clean graphics, simple mechanics and the fun tension of two-player competition – give the game a timeless relevance.” said Casandra Brown, Head of Licensing at Atari. “It is exciting for Atari to see these elements come to life so remarkably well in Pixel Games’ interactive game floor.”
The partnership underscores Atari’s commitment to expanding its iconic IP into new experiential formats, while Pixel Games continues to innovate in the active gaming space.
