Magic Light Pictures is teaming up with a plethora of partners across the UK to offer families a feast of fun this Halloween. Special Zog-themed trails at Kew Gardens, Wakehurst and the Eden Project, a brand new Zog maize maze at Undley Park as well as Pip and Posy Halloween-themed activities at Blenheim Palace are the latest additions to Magic Light’s impressive track record of high-quality location-based events.
In its fifth branded trail with Kew Gardens in London and Wakehurst, Kew’s wild botanic garden in Sussex, Magic Light has created interactive Zog trails running until 2 November. Across the beautiful autumnal landscape of Kew Gardens, families can explore the story’s themes of perseverance, friendship, and teamwork while making muddy memories and embracing the elements. Wakehurst invites families to enrol in Dragon School for a fun-filled adventure, earning a brand-new iron-on badge to take home once they graduate as fully-fledged dragons.
The Zog and the Flying Doctors half term trail at Cornwall’s Eden Project marks the fourth collaboration between the two. Visitors can take flight on a whimsical quest filled with potions, pumpkins, and playful challenges at every turn until 2 November.
A new collaboration with Undley Farm Pumpkin Patch in Suffolk sees a magical Zog-themed experience for its yearly maize maze. As visitors explore the twists and turns of the maze, they can spot all their favourite characters from the beloved story, which celebrates its 15th anniversary this year.
Blenheim features Monster Mask Making – just like in Pip and Posy: Frankie’s Fine Monster – as part of its spooky half-term activities for families. The Oxfordshire palace already hosts a semi-permanent Pip and Posy themed adventure play installation.
Alex Sanson, senior brand manager at Magic Light Pictures, said:
