LICENSING MAGAZINE EXPANDS GLOBAL REACH WITH SUMMER EVENTS IN ASIA AND EUROPE

Licensing Magazine doesn’t slow down for summer. In the coming months, the publication is set to reinforce its international role by attending a series of major industry events, with a strong focus on the fast-growing Asian market.

As the licensing, entertainment, and kids’ content industries continue to grow and globalize, staying connected with emerging markets and international trends is more essential than ever. That’s why, throughout the summer months, Licensing Magazine will be on the ground at some of the most relevant industry events across Asia and Europe.

With a strategic focus on the Asian market, where innovation, creativity, and IP development are booming, the publication is expanding its reach, forging new partnerships, and deepening its role as a global media platform.

Here’s a look at where you’ll find us this summer:

Korea Character Licensing Fair (KCLF)

Licensing Magazine recently participated in the Korea Character Licensing Fair for the first time (July 17 – 20), serving as an official Media Partner and hosting its own stand. The event offered a valuable opportunity to engage with the dynamic and ever-evolving Korean market.

Taiwan Creative Expo

From August 5 – 11, Licensing Magazine will attend the Taiwan Creative Expo as a Media Partner and moderator of a dedicated panel on the European licensing landscape. The session will explore how Asian IPs can better position themselves for success in Europe.

China International Animation Copyright Fair (ACTIF)

From August 8 – 12, LM and The European Animation Journal will make their debut at ACTIF in Guangdong. Both publications will participate as Media Partners and host a dedicated stand, strengthening ties with the Chinese animation industry.

Gamescom

From August 20 – 22, the team will travel to Cologne for Gamescom, where Licensing Magazine will be present within the ICE area alongside the Bologna Children’s Book Fair delegation. The event will offer key opportunities to connect with companies operating in gaming and interactive entertainment.

ACE Fair

To close out the month, Licensing Magazine’s Asia Market Delegate, Sara Wang, will represent the publication at ACE Fair from August 28 – 31, once again in the role of Media Partner.

Through this active summer schedule, Licensing Magazine reaffirms its commitment to covering and connecting the global licensing, entertainment, and kids’ content industries.
