Hasbro unveiled exciting additions to the world of G.I. JOE with all-new action figures, a debut album, and a comic inspired by Cobra’s infamous rock band Cold Slither from the animated series G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero!
From Hasbro, Cold Slither’s triumphant return arrives in the form of the G.I. JOE CLASSIFIED SERIES #163, DREADNOKS COLD SLITHER: BAND OF VIPERS TOUR COMMEMORATIVE ACTION FIGURE SET of the band’s founding members—Zartan, Ripper, Buzzer, and Torch! Rock out with this commemorative action figure set this summer, available exclusively at San Diego Comic-Con while supplies last! Limited quantities will also be available on Hasbro Pulse following the event.
In addition to the limited edition set and in collaboration with Super7 is the G.I. JOE COLD SLITHER ZARTAN REACTION+ FIGURE, great for bringing Cobra’s most unforgettable performances to life! Hasbro has partnered with Reigning Phoenix Music, a rapidly ascending record label specializing in hard rock and heavy metal, to announce the self-titled anthem “Cold Slither.” Dedicated to G.I. JOE fans across the world, the album presents 10 electrifying tracks that blend searing distorted guitar riffs, pounding rhythms, and irresistibly catchy, anthemic choruses. The “Cold Slither” album will also feature a modernization of the original track from the 1985 episode of the same name.
