Licensing Magazine is excited to share that at Brand Licensing Europe 2024, happening from September 24 to 26 in London, our Editor-in-Chief, will be moderating the panel Doing Licensing in Europe: The Distinct Characteristics of the Industry on the European Mainland on September 25 from 15:00 to 15:30.
In this engaging panel, Cristina Angelucci, Editor-in-Chief at Licensing Magazine, will be joined by three industry experts: Fabienne Gilles, CCO of Consumer Products and Family Entertainment at Peyo Company; David Pérez Balaguer, Founder of Mad House; and Christopher Becker, Director of Licensing & Partnerships at Tonies.
Together, they’ll dive into a comparative analysis of players in the licensing industry chain, focusing on the distinctive features, attributes and prospects for business growth in the market from the standpoint of European companies. Expect an open discussion among European brands, licensees and retailers that have become leaders internationally.
They’ll address questions such as: what are the characteristics of operating in individual European territories? How necessary is it to localise the business in each country? How well do international trends meet territorial specificities? What are the challenges of retail and licensees in European mainland markets? In this panel, we aim to provide some insights and open new avenues for discussion.
We look forward to seeing you at the panel Doing Licensing in Europe: The Distinct Characteristics of the Industry on the European Mainland taking place on September 25 at 15:00 at the License Global Theatre, ExCel London!
