2023 has been a very busy year for Barbapapa with some great projects coming to fruition, notably season 2, which launched on TFOU at the beginning of November.
On November 5th, TFOU broadcast a special programme entitled The genesis of Barbapapa in 4 parts, featuring iconic episodes about the origins of Barbapapa: his birth, how he met Barbamama, the birth of the Barbabébés and how their incredible bubble-house was built! A preview screening took place at the Forum des Images to mark the occasion, with over 400 people in attendance!

Manucurist has released a collection of 9 new Petite Manucurist shades in the colour of each Barbapapa character, all with a water-based formula that simply washes off.
Two new colors are also available on the Green range for adults. Naturally-sourced up to 84%, vegan and made in France, both nail polishes are perfect for family-time manucures!
HappyBulle is offering a fun and colourful collection of customisable jewellery and accessories for the entire family. Featuring faces, letters, numbers and the legendary Barbapapa silhouettes, the collection includes no fewer than 70 pieces of jewellery and accessories that can be personalised.
New partners have also joined the family made of 20 members. On childcare, the range of Barbapapa pacifiers by Luc et Léa has been launched in October. on the publishing side, La Librairie des Ecoles will release activities books for preschoolers in January 2024. Some puzzles by the brand Nathan, which belongs to Ravensburger will be launched, along with plushes, dishes and furniture by Cijep Jemini. Madhouse continues to create field activations with the Barbapapa mascot. Another new entry thr Hibernatus group for Barbapapa ice creams under the Maison la Cornue brand, awaited in 2024!
