MEDIAWAN KIDS & FAMILY PARTNERS WITH LICENSING WORKS!

Mediawan Kids & Family, in collaboration with La Succession Saint Exupéry-d’Agay, has selected Licensing Works! to manage the merchandise licensing for The Little Prince and Friends.

This groundbreaking preschool series featuring all-new adventures based on the beloved characters from the timeless masterpiece and best-selling novel ever published is produced by Method Animation in coproduction with Bidibul Productions and LPPTV, with the participation of France Télévisions, WDR, TVGlobo and RAI Kids.

The Little Prince and Friends is based on the literary treasure written by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry and features 52 x 11′ episodes of 2D + CGI animation, targeting preschool-aged children. The series follows The Little Prince, an 8- year-old, as he embarks on a series of extraordinary journeys with his best friends, The Fox, the Rose, Charlotte and Elijah, aboard a spaceship transformed from asteroid B612. While exploring the galaxy, the friends use their travels to build the social emotional skills that will help them become confident, successful children.

The series is set to launch worldwide, distributed through Mediawan Kids & Family, with its first launch in 2023 on France Télévision (France) and Hop TV (Israel). In 2024, the series will premiere on Mundo Gloob (Brazil), Kika (Germany) and Canal Panda (Portugal), expanding throughout the universe thereafter.
