DeAPlaneta Entertainment has announced that Lars Wagner will be DeAPlaneta Kids & Family’s Director of two key European territories for the company: GSA (Germany, Switzerland and Austria) and CEE (Central & Eastern Europe).
Lars Wagner will oversee the activities carried out in the aforementioned territories in relation to the co-production and distribution of IPs aimed at children and family audiences, as well as the management and exploitation of these IPs through licensing agreements, but also in the digital environment. Wagner will also help consolidate the international strategy of three projects co-produced by DeAPlaneta Kids & Family: the animated series Milo, which already has its second season in production; the animated series Magic Lilly, in pre-production; and Superpigs, which will become a feature film that will have theatrical distribution, an animated series and a videogame.

His track record and recognized prestige will be of invaluable help in consolidating DeAPlaneta Kids & Family’s position on the international stage“.
About this appointment, Lars Wagner has stated: “I am excited to help DeAPlaneta Kids & Family achieve its ambitious goals. I look forward to working with the team to develop new IPs, strengthen the company’s position in key European markets, and help drive growth across the Division“.
As Director of DeAPlaneta Kids & Family’s GSA and CEE territories, Wagner will also develop strategic alliances with the German market and will seek and develop new IP from those territories, as well as collaborate in other business areas (Fiction and Digital) of the company both in Germany and in the countries belonging to the CEE territory.
