ZAG has signed an agreement with Born Licensing, a brand licensing agency focused on licensing for the purpose of advertising and marketing, to represent the company’s flagship property, Miraculous™ – Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir.
Founded in 2014 by David Born, Born Licensing works with owners of intellectual property and advertising agencies to utilize character licensing in advertising campaigns. Brands can incorporate well known characters into their advertising strategies that will bring instant recognizability and positive associations. Born Licensing will be representing Miraculous for this purpose on a global basis.
“Born Licensing has done a tremendous job licensing fictional characters to engage and connect with audiences,” commented Hyde Schram, Vice President, Global Partnerships at ZAG. “Guided by their innovative and creative approach to brand building and partnerships, we look forward to connecting with highly established brands whose missions complement the empowering and inspirational values of Miraculous.”
“We are excited to add Miraculous to Born Licensing’s strong portfolio of represented characters and IP,” added David Born. “As we continue to broaden our focus to new markets, it’s critically important that we are representing properties that have global appeal. We are confident that advertising agencies and their clients from all over the world will be eager to find ways to incorporate Miraculous into their upcoming campaigns.”
