Vikings: Valhalla, created by Jeb Stuart, is the sequel to the hit television series Vikings
Consisting of three seasons, the first series premiered on 25th February on Netflix and immediately reached #1 in almost every country in the world.
The second season is confirmed for 2023, while filming for the third series is expected to begin this spring.
Vikings: Valhalla is set over a thousand years in the past (11th century), and chronicles the heroic adventures of some of the most famous Vikings who ever lived. When tensions between the Viking leaders and the English royal house reach a bloody breaking point and the Vikings themselves are torn between Christian and pagan beliefs, the protagonists embark on an epic journey across seas and battlefields from Kattegat to England and beyond, fighting for survival and glory.
The series ranked number one on Netflix’s Top 10 in 59 countries (including Italy) in its debut week.
