TFOU 2021/2022 season: back to classic children’s tales
On June 30th, the TFOU press conference offered the opportunity to present the highlights to come for the year 2021-2022.
This season marks a big comeback for children’s all-time most beloved stories. Pirates, knights and ghosts take over TFOU’s programming!
Make way for action and adventure with the new heroes of Santiago of the Seas, Imago and Ghostforce. And of course loads of comedy with Gus the Itsy Bitsy Knight!
More than ever, TFOU offers one of the best selections for children. The past year beat all ratings records since 2007 thanks to our long-time favourite heroes (Miraculous, Paw Patrol), as well as some newcomers (Droners, The Smurfs, Barbapapa: One Big Happy Family) who will soon feature in new seasons. This success is confirmed by the unprecedented ratings garnered by MYTF1 (nearly 600,000 views for the best replays in the first half of 2021) and the increase in TFOU MAX subscribers (over 1 million to date).
TFOU also remains the place to be for major events: Miraculous World: Shanghai, The Legend of Ladydragon broke an all-time high with 1.6 million viewers. No one will want to miss the Season 4 finale, or the some twenty special episodes of other series scheduled for the end of the year.
