NERF MUCH MORE THAN A BLASTER: A NEW GAME-SHOW ON DMAX

Nerf, a brand in continuous evolution. From the outdoor game to the debut in a TV show on DMAX

Again this year Nerf is one of the drivers of the toy market: 9th brand total market NPD (YTD) with a 20% growth vs 2020 and again 1st product in the outdoor category.

Nerf is now much more than a blaster, it is an established action brand in continuous evolution:

First it transformed the concept of outdoor gaming into a healthy and active lifestyle; then it expanded further and was recognised by fans as a bonding experience and today it is also an entertainment phenomenon thanks to a TV show aired on DMAX that mixes all the characteristics of the franchise’s DNA: team spirit, sport, courage and adrenaline-pumping action.

The game show “Nerf The Ultimate Challenge” is on air every Sunday from the 30th of May to the 20th of June and documents the challenges between Team Red and Team Blue: the goal of each team is to find all the keys that will allow them to open a mysterious black box, whose content will be revealed only during the last episode.

The challenges are varied and entertaining: the teams will have to face various timed tracks that will test their agility, but also their logical skills and above all their Nerf blaster precision.

The exciting game show will be hosted by the world-famous content creator with over 3 million followers, CiccioGamer, who, just like a commentator, will report on the exploits of the two teams and award the winners.

The stars of the show, in addition to the fearless 8 competitors, are also the top of the range Elite 2.0 and Ultra  lines – now considered a “must-have” for blaster fans: powerful, giant but also safe thanks to the foam darts and product tests that make them fun toys even for the youngest.

Over the last year, Nerf’s partners have been able to concretely interpret the philosophy of the brand and its target audience by creating licensed products that have definitively launched the NERF brand in the Consumer Products world: bicycles, scooters, game accessories, Easter eggs, shoes, and sportswear lines that are a must in the homes of true Nerfers!
