Planeta Junior consolidates its position as a leading animated content producer with two new original series
Planeta Junior has signed a collaboration deal with Fourth Wall to produce two new kids’ animation series: Milo and Superpigs.
Fourth Wall Animation, an emerging independent producer of animated entertainment content for the whole family, was selected by Planeta Junior to partner on two new animated series. Superpigs and Milo now join the list of other Planeta Junior productions, which includes: Power Players, Gormiti, That’s Joey, Squish, Pio Rocks! and Tilly.

Milkshake!, Channel 5’s top rated British preschool service targeting 2-5-year-olds, has commissioned Milo, which is due to launch in Autumn 2020 with support from the Government funded Young Audiences Content Fund (YACF), through the BFI.
Milo (52 x 11’) is a pre-school series about an adventurous cat called Milo, who loves to use role-play to explore the wide world of jobs and vocations. Together with his best friends Lofty and Lark, each episode celebrates a different job role, introducing little ones to a variety of professions as they go on adventures when they change outfits.
Planeta Junior will soon release more news about its major new production: Superpigs the series. Both Milo and Superpigs will allow Planeta Junior to cover all audiences from preschoolers to 9-year-olds.
Superpigs (26 x 22’) is for 5-9-year-olds and brings a very modern twist to classic fairy tales as the Three Little Pigs and Little Red Riding Hood are given superhero status as they fight criminals and the Big Bad Wolf. Comedy, mystery, action and drama combine in a series that values teamwork as the way to solve cases.
