On Beatrix Potter’s birthday, Penguin Random House are delighted to announce a brand new audio edition of Beatrix Potter: The Complete Tales, starring a stellar cast of award-winning and contemporary voices. The famous adventures of Peter Rabbit™ and his friends include narrations by Olivia Colman (The Favourite, The Crown, Fleabag) reading The Tale of Peter Rabbit, David Harewood (Homeland, Supergirl) reading The Tale of Mr. Jeremy Fisher, Mandip Gill (Doctor Who, Hollyoaks) reading The Tale of Pigling Bland, and Tom Hardy (The Revenant, The Dark Knight Rises, Peaky Blinders) reading The Story of a Fierce Bad Rabbit.
Featuring all 23 of Beatrix Potter’s classic tales that have charmed and enchanted children for generations, from mischievous Peter Rabbit (Olivia Colman), to kindly Mrs. Tiggy-Winkle (Lily James), and unlucky Mr. Jeremy Fisher (David Harewood). This new collection brings the storybook heroes vividly to life in audio with bespoke sound effects and music. It will be published on 17th September 2020 in audio download and physical CD.
