TWO NEW MOOSE TOYS INNOVATIONS

7 Jul - 2020

Moose Toys announces two new innovations to help keep the kids entertained throughout the summer season

With the summer in full swing, Moose Toys announces two new innovations to help keep the kids entertained throughout the season – Heroes of Goo Jit Zu Marvel and Treasure X Sunken Gold Shark’s Treasure.

We all wish for a bit of Super Hero strength when things get tough, and a new collaboration between Moose Toys and Marvel is making it easier for kids to channel their inner Super Hero at home.

Following the breakout success of Heroes of Goo Jit Zu in 2019, Moose Toys unveils a new line of squishy, stretchy and uniquely goo-filled toys in collaboration with Marvel. Available nationwide, kids can create their own adventures with iconic Super Heroes including Iron ManSpider-ManHulk and Captain America. Extremely durable, these toys can be stretched and pulled up to three times their original size – now those are some cool super powers.

This mash-up is particularly noteworthy because according to NPD data, it is marrying the No. 1 new non-licensed property in its category (Heroes of Goo Jit Zu) with the No. 1 licensed brand in its category (Marvel). The Heroes of Goo Jit Zu Marvel Hero Pack is $12.99.

Separately, something is lurking beneath the waters just in time for Shark Week 2020 (August 9-16, 2020) – new Treasure X Sunken Gold Shark’s Treasure by Moose Toys!

Available August 1, Shark’s Treasure is the latest innovation from Treasure X. Treasure X takes to the ocean’s depths with the new Sunken Gold series and introduces Shark’s Treasure, the ultimate adventure that begins by breaking open the bottle packaging to release a giant shark. Dissect the shark’s belly to rescue the treasure hunter trapped inside. Once freed, the hunter is ready to take on the creature to discover a hidden treasure chest and a chance to find real gold treasure. The package includes the shark, accessories, hunter and treasure chest and MSRP is $19.99.

Quote from Moose Toys Co-owner, Paul Solomon: Kids gave Heroes of Goo Jit Zu an incredibly warm welcome from the very start, quickly making it a top-seller in the toy aisle. We had a lot of fun reimagining these iconic Marvel characters through the squishy, stretchy, gooey lens that is unique to Heroes of Goo Jit Zu. Our early sales at retail have been incredible, so it’s clear that kids are loving exploring the Marvel universe with Moose Toys.”
