Toys Milano, the most important B2B event dedicated to operators in the toys and games, stationery, carnival, decorations and parties sector, with Bay-B, an area dedicated to early childhood, is postponed to 26 and 27 April 2021 due to the health emergency and its consequences.
But Toys Milano does not stop and, as proof of how much it has become the most awaited event of the year, Toys Milano collects the stimuli and proposals received in these days of emergency and proposes to all interested parties the innovative TOYS MILANO PLUS: a digital tool tailored to the web created to meet the needs of companies and buyers. It is in fact an online platform that, active from May 25th to June 25th 2020, will allow to put in contact all the operators of the sector by widening contacts and business relations. The companies that will take part in the initiative will have their own space to display products, offers, promotional messages and much more “on line” to allow over 4000 accredited national and international buyers not to give up this important opportunity and view in detail the offer proposed by the companies registered and then contact them directly.
In this regard, Paolo Taverna – Director of the International Toy Fair – confirms: “the current health emergency requires us to postpone Toys Milano directly until 2021. This does not mean that we are going to sit still and wait, but we have decided to launch TOYS MILANO PLUS because it is precisely at the most difficult times that partners have to get together with their customers by referring to their trade association, Assogiocattoli. We strongly believe that the value of an exhibition event lies to a great extent in the contact, exchange of ideas, handshakes and business conclusion. And the success of Toys Milano, Bay-B included, is the result of the renewed desire to meet at an Italian event, after a long time, as many of you have testified since the first edition in 2016. The decision we took to postpone the event until next year is the result of the impossibility to organize an event with these winning characteristics due to the emergency we are experiencing, but at the same time it is to this difficulty that we decided to react by not giving up our mission“.
