Guru Studio signs with Scholastic as master publishing partner
Toronto-based entertainment company Guru Studio is pleased to announce it has signed a new global licensing deal with Scholastic Publishing for its newest preschool series Pikwik Pack.
The line of products from Scholastic, the global children’s publishing, education, and media company, will include storybooks, as well as novelty and activity books all based on the original series which is set to air on Disney Junior US in 2020. This is the latest announcement as Guru Studio continues to line up strategic licensing partners for its global CP roll out, including the appointment of Playmates Toys as the global master toy partner earlier this year.

A sneak peek of the series has debut at MIP Junior as a World Premiere Screening on October 12, 2019 at the JW Marriott Hotel in Cannes, France.
The series follows Suki the hedgehog, Axel the raccoon, Tibor the hippo and Hazel the cat (the Pikwik Pack) as they deliver magical packages filled with love to the kind citizens of Pikwik. The 52 x 11 minute episodes are packed with big adventures, silly hijinks, and heartfelt charm that will entertain preschoolers while underscoring the value of team work, community, and critical thinking.
