Great satisfaction for the success of the event which saw a turnout of almost 2,000 buyers.
After two days of intense work, Toys Milan 2019 closed its doors on May 7th, the B2B event dedicated to the toy, carnival, party and childcare sectors.
For the fourth consecutive year there are strong growth numbers: over 150 companies present (115 last year) and 1,992 buyers, with an increase of 34% compared to 2018.
Defining this edition was certainly the new location: a comfortable and spacious pavilion that, in addition to hosting the largest number of exhibitors, has allowed the creation of thematic spaces such as the area dedicated to the Bay-B project, which 26 companies have joined specialized in items for infants, more functional stands and corners and an orderly influx of visitors, representatives of all distribution categories: from chain stores to large-scale distribution and organized distribution and, above all, to the many specialized shops.
Appreciation for the workshops that, on the most critical issues for the sector, allowed an open dialogue between the world of industry and that of distribution and provided a space to share the successful experiences of some operators in the sector as food for thought for everyone.
Satisfaction is therefore expressed by the organizers. “At the fourth edition – says Paolo Taverna, Director of Assogiocattoli – the success of Toys Milano is consolidated. We were particularly pleased with the success of the Bay-B project dedicated to products for early childhood, which saw the influx of many specialists in the sector. We can, in any case, affirm that satisfaction has been general and this gives us enthusiasm and renewed strength to continue on the road taken “.
The appointment for the fifth edition is scheduled for 27 and 28 April 2020.
