In honor of Barbie’s 60th anniversary in 2019, Unique Vintage is set to recreate 12 original Barbie looks for women inspired by the doll from the late 1950s to mid-1980s. This edition of the Barbie x Unique Vintage collection, a continuation of an 18-month partnership with Mattel, will be available for sale online at UniqueVintage.com in March. In alignment with Barbie’s all-embracing attitude, Unique Vintage offers most pieces in this collection in sizes XS – 5X. The line will include the most iconic of all Barbie fashions: the black and white chevron-striped bathing suit from the very first Barbie doll introduced in 1959.
