On the occasion of her 60th anniversary, Barbie returns to Pitti Immagine Bimbo 88 with a celebratory exhibition and an exceptional partner: Patrizia Pepe.
At the next edition of Pitti Immagine Bimbo (Florence 17 – 19 January 2019) Barbie will be present as a protagonist with an area dedicated to the Polveriera room where the prestigious partnership with the fashion brand PATRIZIA PEPE will be presented in a celebratory exhibition of Barbie, made ad hoc for the occasion, which tells its 60 years of inspiration for all girls.
The event inaugurates the beginning of a very special year for Barbie. In fact 2019 will be the year of the celebrations for the 60th anniversary of the birth of the most famous fashion doll in the world (March 9, 1959). Barbie has always shown to little girls to be all that they want, giving them the chance to play different roles and undertake careers of all kinds – more than 200! – encouraging imagination, expression and self-discovery. The mission of the brand is precisely that of giving value to the unlimited potential of the girls, so that they are aware of being able to reach whatever goal they wish for their future.
For the celebrations of its 60th anniversary, Barbie does not stop at the new capsule collection with Patrizia Pepe. PR projects with a strong impact are being planned at key moments of the year, which will also be supported by important licensing projects.
