Four new appointments for Fox Networks Group Italy

Fox Networks Group Italy, the company led by CEO Kathryn Fink announces the entry of four new managers in different areas. Andrea Buonaguidi, CFO; Luca Bersaglia, Executive Director Programming Entertainment Channels; Giuseppe Carlotti, Marketing Director and Luca Vecci, National Geographic Licensing Merchandising Manager, joins the Fox team to face the new challenges of the market.

ANDREA BUONAGUIDI, the new CFO of the group, assumes responsibility for the Finance and New Business Development area. Report to CFO Europa Terry Downing and functionally to Country Manager Italia Kathryn Fink.
Graduated in Business and Economics at LUISS Guido Carli, he was a business management consultant for almost 14 years, first in Accenture and then in Bain & Co., dealing with Business Planning, restructuring and organizational and technological transformation plans both in Italy and in Italy. other countries of Europe. In 2011 he joined SKY as Finance Manager of the Advertising Sales area (the current Sky Media) reporting directly to the CFO, and then he followed the entire Programming area (Sport, News, Entertainment and Cinema). In 2014 he was appointed Head of Broadband Strategy and Business Development, where he worked on the development of commercial partnerships with TLC operators and growth projects outside the core business. In 2015 he took on the role of CFOin Palomar where he oversaw extraordinary operations at equity and debt, as well as the financing of major national and international television series.
Since 2017 he has been collaborating with the Luiss Business School as a professor of Finance for Audiovisual Production in the Master in Film and Television Production Management.

LUCA BERSAGLIA was given the role of Executive Director Programming Entertainment Channels. Responsible for the Vice President, Head of Entertainment, Alessandro Saba.
Graduated in Economics at the University of Bologna and with a Master Publitalia, in 2005 he joined Magnolia where he worked on format scouting and research. Since 2010 he works at Mediaset in the field of strategic marketing, until 2012 when he joined Discovery where he became the Programming Director Male FactualChannels. Here he also takes care of the Discovery France channel portfolio, contributing to the launch of InvestigationDiscovery and Discovery Family. He is a visiting professor of Economics of New Media at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Bologna.

 


GIUSEPPE CARLOTTI is the new marketing director with responsibility for the group’s entertainment channels. Report to the Vice President of Marketing & Sales Alessandro Militi.
Graduated in Law with specialization in Marketing at the University La Sapienza of Rome, in 2000 he began working in Nissan Italy as an Advertising Supervisor and then in 2003 in Finmatica as a Communication Manager. In 2005 he joined Rai where he took on the role of Channel Strategy Manager and worked in a team dedicated to DTT and IPTV. In 2008 he became Account Director at Minimega Pubblicità where he worked for clients such as Abbott, Red Bull, Ford, Eni and Sony Playstation.

 

 


LUCA VECCI enters Fox with the role of LICENSING AND MERCHANDISING MANAGER OF NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC. Report to the Marketing Director of National Geographic Partners Davide Brunetti and al Vice President Consumer Products of National Geographic Partners Maria Maranesi.
He graduated in Economics and Management at the Polytechnic University of the Marche with a master’s degree in Multimedia Management at Iulm in Milan. In 2010 he started working in the Mediaset Group as Sales Manager. In 2012 he joined Rainbow where, as Licensing & Publishing Sales Manager he contributed to the development and consolidation of the international licensing strategy for some of the most famous animation brands.
