Global Licensing Group, organizer of the leading Brand Licensing Europe, has just launched a new section in the frame of the most important European licensing event, addressed to Italian Companies.

The idea came after the Bologna Licensing Trade Fair in March, where all major Italian companies are present as exhibitors. Many of them wanted to participate also to BLE but couldn’t afford the costs of taking a booth. So, Matthieu Battini, Business Development Executive at UBM and responsible of Italian based companies attending BLE, decided to create a new and unique opportunity for them at the London event, the Italian Pavilion.

How will the Italian Pavilion be organized?

The Italian Pavilion will be exclusively reserved for seven Italian companies and will be located on the main hall between the Bar and the Licensing Academy (where all the conferences take place). The seven stands will be available with a specific package: 5sqm (2m x 2.50m), walls + carpet + 1 table + 4 chairs + 3 spotlights + 1 power socket for the unique price (-25%) of GBP 2235,00 (around € 2530,00). Every exhibitor of the Italian Pavilion will also be able to use the VIP Matchmaking Service.

What are the main opportunities offered by the Italian Pavilion?

There are a lot of opportunities! Firstly, exhibitors will have the chance to meet more than 7,500 influencers in the licensing industry, including manufacturers, licensees, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, brand owners and agents. The VIP Matchmaking Service allows to arrange onsite meetings with these people both before and during the show. Finally, a VIP concierge will offer support and help to schedule meetings.

The stand will be ready when the exhibitors arrive, so the only thing they need to do is to add their products and some decoration. Finally, the brand new Italian Pavilion will be promoted across UBM communications (website, magazines, social, etc.), making it easy for all the visitors to find it.

Three companies have already registered for the Italian Pavilion, and there are still four available stands – it’s first come, first serve though… So now is the time to secure your place!
