For the first time the magazines of Gruppo Mondadori will be present at the Bologna Licensing Trade Fair, the most important licensing fair in Italy, from 26 to 28 March, with the aim of presenting the numerous opportunities they can offer in terms of license.
These are projects with a strong identity, also strengthened by editorial contributions from the individual editorial offices, which represent an absolute novelty in the Italian licensing landscape.
The licensing out program, developed in the last year by the Gruppo Mondadori’s Magazines Italy Area, began with a change in the magazine concept, which, from a simple paper product, presents itself today as an integrated communication system as the paper version supports the web and social media, events, radio, TV and communities.
In terms of licensing, the greatest response was on brands linked to well-defined targets, primarily the kids segment, followed by fashion and furnishings.
The Bologna Licensing Trade Fair will be the ideal venue to illustrate all the details of the projects, as the agreement between Focus Junior and Kinder Gran Sorpresa for the Easter eggs (currently available in GDO) and Giochi Preziosi for the diary/agenda and the back-to-school folders.
Among the successful experiences of 2017, for what concern the women’s brands, there is the agreement between Grazia and the Italian brand My Style Bags with the exclusive collection of accessories for the summer. In the kids world, the series of Focus Junior and Focus Wild notebooks with BM Arti Grafiche, a collaboration that will continue in the current year, and finally the flow packs for the Dynit and Focus Junior brand.
The Gruppo Mondadori‘s brands dedicated to the world of cooking are also gathering great interest, in particular Sale & Pepe and GialloZafferano, which show a strong link with the world of loyalty. Sophisticated and elegant the first, informal and sparkling the second, both are perfect for those who live the kitchen with passion and competence.
The path of licensing projects, just begun, takes advantage from the strength of the Gruppo Mondadori’s properties, which, thanks to their notoriety, variety of contents and targets achieved, constitute a successfull reality.
