After the great success as the best Italian park according to TripAdvisor, Leolandia wins the Best People Award.

The Milan children’s theme park dedicated to families, Leolandia, won the Best Staff Award at Parksmania Awards 2017, the Oscars for leisure parks held last October 13th at Movieland Park. A two-day competition that compared the best Italian and European parks and culminated in the evening awards ceremony where Leolandia triumphed thanks to the award for the best staff of the year.

For Leolandia this is a year of great satisfaction, after receiving an acknowledgement as the first Italian park in the European ranking list in June, now it comes the “medal” for the excellence of its staff. The renowned hospitality, professionalism, devotion and enthusiasm of its staff are the reasons that led Leolandia to win this important prize and also demonstrated how hospitality is crucial and how it can positively influence the likes of its visitors.

It is a commitment for the public that the park has been pursuing for years to improve the quality of experience and make unique and magical every single visit.

There are about 600 workers every year that Leolandia employs to offer the best services to its audience. – explains Giuseppe Ira, President of Leolandia. To do so, we select the staff very carefully and strive to provide a high quality training that is translated through every season in over 6,700 hours of preparation. We are proud to receive from Parksmania the recognition as Best Employee, a further confirm of the excellence of our park. I can’t therefore avoid to thank our magnificent Leolandia staff for the commitment and the care that every day it dedicates to the services for our guests.
