Hit Netflix original shows, key talent and agency acquisition make them one-to-watch.

Global licensing agency Centa IP has quickly become the new kid on the block with its award-winning IP portfolio, new executive hires, global retail programs, and recent acquisition of The Fusion Agency.

Centa IP has secured licensing veterans Gail Mitchell as Vice President Asia-Pacific located in Sydney, Rebekah Belzer as Vice President Sales & Licensing located in Los Angeles and responsible for The Americas, and Nick Cooke as Vice President Sales & Licensing located in London and responsible for Europe. Together with a robust support team they are quickly building musically-inspired and award-winning brands, including Emmy Award winner and Netflix Original series, Beat Bugs, inspired by music of the Beatles, and Motown MagicTM, inspired by the music of Motown. The acquisition of Fusion also brings children’s series Kazoops! and Monster Teddies into the portfolio. Centa IP is also the US, Australian and UK licensing agency for Zafari, an exciting new property from INK Group out of Europe.

Centa IP is headed by CEO Geoff Rosenhain, a serial entrepreneur known for assembling fast growing companies in several industries including licensing, promotional products, technology and real estate. “We have quickly built an agency with A-class executives, multiple award winning properties, key retail placement in major territories, all supported by the industries best licensees,” said Rosenhain.

Gail Mitchell managed Hasbro’s Consumer Products Division for the Asia-Pacific region for many years before setting up her own company – The Fusion Agency in 2010. During this time, Fusion has won multiple awards including the ATA Boys License of the Year for Moshi Monsters in 2011, the ATA Girls License of the Year for Trolls in 2017 and the ATA Boys License of the Year in 2016 for Yo-kai Watch. With a proven track record of success down under, Fusion joins the Centa IP family with classic brands such as DreamWorks Animation, Miffy, and newcomers such as Masha and The Bear, Kazoops! and Monster Teddies.

Rebekah Belzer comes to Centa IP with 17 years of retail and consumer products experience overseeing sales for some of the world’s most recognizable entertainment and lifestyle brands such as Pantone, MasterChef Junior, Dwell Magazine, Power Rangers, Paul Frank, and established the high-profile Disney Bridal business.

Nick Cooke joins Centa IP with more than 20 years’ experience in consumer products licensing, working for both IP owners and top-tier retailers. Cooke has a background and proven track record of business growth in licensing sales, buying, and brand management with companies such as DreamWorks Animation, Tesco, Toys ‘R Us and The Disney Store.

Centa IP’s primary focus is to build sustainable value for our partners.  It’s just that simple.  To be doing it with such an incredible group of people makes this goal both a reality and whole lot of fun” said Rosenhain.
